The following are the terms of use of the Patch IT website and services. You may also review our Privacy Policy to learn about our practices regarding any personal information you provide.

Before using Patch IT WordPress services and related support services, you are required to read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service. You may only create an account after accepting these terms.

THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF ASK PATCH (“SERVICES”). BY USING THE PATCH IT SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AS THEY MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME AT ASK PATCH’S SOLE DISCRETION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The web pages available at patchit.us and all associated pages (“Site”) are owned and operated by Patch IT (“Patch IT”) and are accessed by you under the terms described herein (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the WordPress help, support, and related services offered by Patch IT. By accessing the Site, viewing any content, or using any services made available through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site or use the Services.

DESCRIPTION OF MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

The Site provides email-based support and related services to operators of websites running on single-site WordPress installations. Services include, but are not limited to, any service or content Patch IT makes available to you, including materials displayed, transmitted, or performed through the Site.

Access to the Site and Services may be interrupted from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, repairs, or other factors within or outside Ask Patch’s control. Patch IT reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice.

REGISTRATION

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your Patch IT account.

You may not use a username that:

– Belongs to another person or entity

– Infringes on a trademark or proprietary right

– Is offensive or inappropriate

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify Patch IT immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Patch IT is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and to legal entities.

The terms “you” or “your” refer to the individual or legal entity subscribing to the Patch IT Services, including affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns.

PAYMENT

All Patch IT plans are subscription-based and billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected, and will continue until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

In addition, Patch IT may offer à la carte or one-time services, which are billed separately and are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize Patch IT to charge your selected payment method for all Services, including subscription renewals, à la carte services, applicable taxes, and any additional charges incurred.

Patch IT reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not provide price protection, retroactive adjustments, or refunds for prior purchases, subscriptions, or promotions.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

You expressly release and forever discharge Patch IT and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and successors from all claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patch IT from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

1. Your breach of these Terms

2. Your use or reliance on the Services

3. Any violation of third-party rights

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patch IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to cancel your subscription.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Patch IT graphics, logos, designs, service names, and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Ask Patch and may not be used without prior written consent.

SUPPORT REQUESTS & REASONABLE USE

Support requests must be submitted through approved channels to receive service within a reasonable timeframe.

Support requests may be submitted via email to support@patchit.us.

Each request is limited to a maximum of one (1) hour of development effort, as determined solely by Patch IT management. Work exceeding this scope may be broken into additional time blocks or declined.

Patch IT offers support availability but does not guarantee response or resolution times.

NATURE OF REQUESTS

Examples of acceptable requests include:

– HTML, CSS, and JavaScript changes

– Styling adjustments

– Content population and image manipulation

– Graphic creation

– WordPress advice and support

– Performance optimization

– Theme and plugin audits

– Plugin or theme installation

– Organic SEO services

Requests not covered include:

– Custom plugin or theme development

– Extensive back-end coding

– Any task deemed to exceed one hour of effort without prior approval

THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Patch IT may provide access to third-party materials for convenience. Ask Patch does not control or endorse these materials and is not responsible for their content or accuracy.

UNLIMITED & REASONABLE USE

“Unlimited” usage is subject to a reasonable use policy determined solely by Patch IT. Abuse of services may result in suspension or termination.

TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

Subscriptions continue until canceled. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or contact form as outlined in your welcome email.

Patch IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall survive.

REFUNDS

Payment of any invoice constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All Patch IT services are sold exclusively as prepaid blocks of time. Once a purchase is completed, it is non-refundable, including but not limited to unused, partially used, forfeited, or expired time blocks.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Patch IT may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MISCELLANEOUS

No partnership, agency, or employment relationship is created by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, with exclusive jurisdiction in Washington courts.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Patch IT.
